Colonial Court Apartments is now a pet friendly property- We offer your pet:
- Onsite dog park
- Pet clean up stations conveniently positioned around the exterior of the community
- Maximum of 2 Pets Per Apartment
- Deposit, Pet Fee and Monthly Pet Rent required
- Pet fees and deposits are on a per pet basis.
- Resident must sign a separate Animal Addendum and provide a copy of the pet's veterinarian records, including weight and picture of pet(s) prior to approval.
- Pet policies and guidelines are strictly enforced.
- Breed Restrictions American Staffordshire Terriers, American Pitbull/Bull Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow Chow, Cane Corsos, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, German Shepard, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Wolf Hybrid and any mixes thereof.
